Description
The mango juice production line is a set of modern equipment specially used to process fresh mangoes into juice. It covers the whole process from the pretreatment of mango raw materials to the final packaging of finished products, including cleaning, sorting, pitting and pulping, preheating and enzyme inactivation, juicing, screening, blending, homogenization, degassing, sterilization, filling and other links. Mango Juice Production Process
- Raw material selection and pretreatment: Carefully select mature, pest-free fresh mangoes as raw materials. Then use mango washing machine and other equipment to remove impurities such as sand, soil, hair, etc. on the surface of mangoes, and then use automatic fruit picking machines to select spoiled or unripe mangoes to ensure that only high-quality mangoes enter the subsequent processing links.
- Pulping: Use professional mango pulping equipment to crush and pulp the mango pulp, and effectively separate the peel and the core, prepare for subsequent juicing, and increase the juice yield.
- Preheating and enzyme inactivation: Rapidly heat the mango pulp to 80℃~85℃ for a short time to inactivate pectinase and prevent chemical reactions such as pectin hydrolysis during subsequent processing and storage of the juice, which helps to maintain the stability and taste of the juice, and also lays the foundation for subsequent juicing and clarification processes.
- Juicing and sieving: Use mango juicers, belt juicers and other equipment to squeeze the preheated mango pulp to obtain fresh mango juice containing a large amount of pulp cells and pectin. After that, use vibration filters, centrifuges and fine filters to filter the juice step by step to remove impurities such as pomace, suspended matter and colloids, and obtain clear or semi-clear juice, making the juice purer, more transparent and more delicate in taste.
- Blending and homogenization: According to product standards and taste requirements, add appropriate amounts of white sugar, purified water and other auxiliary materials to the juice for blending, accurately control indicators such as sugar content, acidity and juice concentration, so that the product has stable and excellent quality.
- Degassing: Use vacuum degassing or nitrogen exchange to remove gas components such as oxygen dissolved in the juice. Prevent the oxidation of nutrients such as vitamin C in the juice, and avoid the deterioration of the color, aroma and flavor of the juice.
- Sterilization and cooling: The ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer can heat the juice to 120℃~130℃ in a few seconds for instant sterilization, effectively killing bacteria, molds, yeasts and other microorganisms in the juice, ensuring the microbial safety of the juice, and maximizing the maintenance of the nutrients, color and flavor of the juice.
- Filling and packaging: According to different product needs and market positioning, choose appropriate packaging materials and forms, such as PET plastic bottles, glass bottles, Tetra Pak, cans, etc.
- Finally, the packaged juice is labeled with exquisite labels and production date information through labeling machines, inkjet printers and other equipment, and then the fully automatic film packaging machine or cartoning machine is used for outer packaging.
