Our mango puree production line is tailor-made for food companies, integrating cleaning, peeling, pitting, pulping, concentration, sterilization and filling, realizing the full automation of the production from fresh mangoes to finished sauces. The whole mango puree processing line adopts modular design to meet the needs of enterprises of different sizes (1-50 tons of daily output with flexible configuration), and can meet the needs of small-batch trial production and large-scale industrial production.

Mango Puree Production Line Production Process

🔹Raw material selection: Select fresh, ripe, disease-free mangoes as raw materials.

🔹Cleaning: Use equipment such as bubbling cleaning machine to thoroughly clean mangoes to remove surface soil, impurities and pesticide residues.

🔹Fruit selection: Manual or mechanical selection to remove unqualified mangoes, such as rotten and spoiled fruits.

🔹Nuclear removal: Peel and remove the mangoes through equipment such as peeling and nucleating pulping machines, and perform preliminary crushing and pulping.

🔹Preheating and enzyme inactivation: Preheat the pulp to inactivate the enzymes in it to prevent adverse reactions such as enzymatic browning.

🔹Pulping and refining: Further pulping and refining to make the pulp more delicate and uniform.

🔹Concentration: Send the pulp to the concentration equipment for low-temperature vacuum concentration to increase the solid content of the jam and achieve the required concentration and viscosity.

🔹Blending: Add sugar, acid and other flavoring agents as needed to adjust the taste and flavor of the jam.

🔹Degassing and homogenization: Degas the prepared jam to remove the bubbles, and then use a homogenizer to make the texture of the jam more delicate and uniform.

🔹Sterilization: Use tubular sterilizers and other equipment to sterilize the jam to ensure the safety of the product and extend the shelf life.

🔹Filling: Fill the sterilized jam into pre-cleaned and disinfected packaging containers such as glass bottles and tinplate cans through a filling machine.

🔹Finished product: The filled jam undergoes cooling, labeling, packaging and other processes to become the final finished product, which can be stored and sold.
