At this time, the mangoes have already been fixed, and the temperature does not need to be so high, but the humidity is still relatively high, and a large amount of moisture should be removed;

The temperature of the three zones is set to 50°C, the humidity can be adjusted to 30%, and the time is 8 hours. Because mangoes must maintain a certain humidity at the end, and the taste must be soft, so the temperature should not be too high in the later stage, and the humidity in the drying room at this time is also It is not too heavy, and it needs to be dehumidified slowly to ensure that the mango does not crack, the quality is good, the color is beautiful, and the hand is not sticky.
